This type of information includes : when an error or exception occurs when the application uses the service , and when the application crashes during operation, we will write the error log to the external storage, and the user can choose whether to send it to us.

1.2.2 When you provide user feedback, upgrade the headset firmware, or connect to a previously connected device, we will ask the user for storage permission through a pop-up window so that the user can better submit feedback using the photo album and store the downloaded headset upgrade file to upgrade or connect to the previously connected device faster.

1.2.3 When you bind a Tonemay Bluetooth device, we will collect your device model, device unique identifier, device MAC address , Bluetooth information , etc. to provide the function of binding the Tonemay Bluetooth device.

1.2.4 When you scan a Tonemay product, we will use the positioning permission of your device to obtain your approximate location. And with your permission, we may use the information of your device's cellular network, wireless network, global positioning system (GPS) and/or Bluetooth to determine your location and scan the information of surrounding Bluetooth devices so that we can connect to the Tonemay application better and faster .

1.2.5 When you use the voice assistant function, we will collect the voice information you input using the microphone. If you need to use the voice assistant to make a call, we will also collect your address book information. The purpose of collection is to identify the information you input to provide the corresponding service. If you refuse to provide this information, you will not be able to use the above functions, but it will not affect your normal use of other services of

Tonemay . 1.2.6 When you use user feedback and choose to submit photos, or when you want to change your user avatar, we will apply for camera permission to use the camera to take pictures, and collect the pictures you upload or take to record the feedback information and opinions you provide.

1.2.7 After the Tonemay application is started, when a new version is detected or the version update detection is started in the application, the list of installed applications on the user's device will be read to let the user choose the corresponding application market to update the application.

1.2.8 When you perform version detection, access firmware upgrades, and access help lists on the Tonemay app, you will need to use a third-party SDK, and we will not collect your IP information.

1.2.9 In order to distinguish your device, ensure uniqueness, improve service security, and ensure operational quality, we will collect your device information (including IMEI, IMSI, Android ID, GUID, MAC address), information about the apps you install, or information about the processes you are running.
